Cancellations made by mail postmarked on or before January 11, 2009, or by e-mail dated on or before January 11, 2009, are subject to a $75 charge. APTR will retain full tuition for cancellations made after January 11, 2009. Substitutions are welcomed. Refunds will be issued after the conference. Registrants who do not cancel by January 11, 2009 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.
