Residency Rotations in Health Policy

2012-2013 Health Policy Residency Rotations
The Association for Prevention Teaching and Research (APTR) is pleased to announce continuing field placements for Preventive Medicine (general preventive medicine/public health, occupational medicine, and aerospace medicine) and Primary Care residents (with demonstrated interest in public health, prevention, or health policy) at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP).

 

Timeframe
There are two and three month rotations available from: July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013, contingent upon funding. 

 

Financial Support provided to AHRQ and ODPHP residents:

  • A monthly resident stipend
  • A monthly travel allowance to help defray commuting costs in the Washington Metro area
  • A monthly residency program administrative fee
